Signature Series

Great for newbies as well as experienced meditators.

Each meditation is specifically designed to build on each other.

This series will take you on a journey of self-discovery. 

It is about you connecting with yourself.

Taking part in this online meditation series has never been easier.

 All you need to do is:

1) Find a spot in your home, where you could lay down or sit comfortably for 20-30 minutes

2) Let people in the house know, you will be available again in an hour

3) Put your phone in airplane mode

4) Wear wired headsets, recommended: BopmenATH-M20 or ATH-M30x

5) Wear eye patch, recommended: 3D eye patches


6) Have a light blanket available to keep you warm


7) You will receive an email with a Zoom link. Install Zoom on your computer. Using Zoom on your computer is better than on your phone for optimal experience. Test out your audio and video to make sure that they are both working properly. At the time of the class, simply click on the link to join. You should receive a prompt to open Zoom on your computer. Click “Open Zoom” to open the program.
